Service Area
Currently, we service Ashburn, Bramblelton, Lansdowne, Leesburg, River Creek, Reston and South Riding. If you are outside of our service area, please call to see if we have an Around Midnight representative available!
Payment
Walks, Companionship and Vacation Visits: Payments are made a week in advance to your pet sitter. Payments are collected during initial consultation and every Friday thereafter.
Overnight Companionship and House Sitting: 50% of the total reservation invoice is due at the signing of the contract. The remaining 50% is due at the completion of services.
Pet Transport: New clients must pre-pay. Clients under contract may pay with regular Friday payment.
All Other Services: 50% of the total reservation invoice is due at the signing of the contract. The remaining 50% is due at the completion of services.
Major Holiday Services: All major holiday services must be pre-paid in full to secure your reservation.
*Clients who pay late more than twice will be required to pay for services one month in advance. Clients who have more than one returned check will be required to pay in cash or by money order.
Schedule Changes
Clients should inform our office of any changes to your scheduled services so we may accommodate you.
Inclement Weather
During severe/inclement weather, services may not be available and an additional fee will apply to services provided. Clients should call Around Midnight Pet Services to confirm or cancel services.
Changes in Visits
Company emergencies and inclement weather may necessitate a shorter visit or an adjustment to the visit time from time to time.
Cancellations
Daily walks must be cancelled by 8:00 a.m the day of the scheduled visit to avoid being charged.
Companionship and Vacation Visits must be cancelled 72 hours in advance for full credit. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation invoice will be applied to visits cancelled with less than 72 hours notice. No refund or credit will be given for visits cancelled on the day of the scheduled visit.
Overnight Companionship and House Sitting contracts must be cancelled 14 days prior to initiation of services for full credit. 7-13 days notice will receive 50% credit. 6 days or less notice will receive 25% credit. (This does not apply to Holiday Contracts.) Overnight Companionship and House Sitting contracts during holiday periods cancelled 14 days prior to initiation of services will receive 50% credit. 7-13 days notice will receive 25% credit. 6 days or less notice will not receive ANY credit.
